ReplyDeleteHi, Camille. That's "my favorite chili".....a blend of stuff I love refined over the years....sort of "molé chili"....cocoa, chili, lots of spices, etc.

ReplyDeleteI also have warm memories of Gram [Zink]? as she was responsible for my love of the piano and the tri-color resturant. Maybe you can even remember making some of your first meals on 15th ave? think I should try your chicken adobo since I will be in the Phiippines for new years
